Beijing

Gulin Li River
Giant karst limestone formations create Guilin’s unforgettable landscapes, and the Li River, like a jade ribbon winds through its verdant backdrop. The sensual morning mists and unsurpassable vistas have served as inspiration for artists and poets over the centuries.
Xingyi
Populated by the Han and Yi, and flanked by Miao and Buyi villages, Xingyi is a cultural melting pot where you can see the every day life and traditions of local minority groups. Nearby you can visit the 15km-long lush Maling Gorge, one of China’s national scenic destinations.
Shilin Stone Forest
Just 80 miles southeast of Kunming is one of the most spectacular natural sites in China. A geological phenomenon, one formed by the elements over many millennia, Shilin Stone forest today is an expansive constellation of thousands of jagged limestone peaks rising from the earth.
Kunming
China's 'City of Eternal Spring' is the capital of Yunnan province. This evergreen city, in a perpetual state of spring with flowers blooming nearly year round, has elegant hilltop temples as well as numerous lakes and parks which complement its natural beauty.
Dali
Fabled Dali, once a major destination for the tea-house trade, is an ancient settlement of historical significance. Today it’s home to the indigenous Bai people, and you can experience their colorful culture first hand, as well as Dali’s fine pagodas, slate stone architecture and moated city walls.
Lijiang
This UNESCO World Heritage town is a charming labyrinth of narrow streets, teahouses, streams and markets. Inhabited by the Naxi minority group, Lijiang has beautiful landscapes and a temperate climate year round. Here you can also visit the Jade Peak Monastery and the famed Tiger Leaping Gorge.
