Tangula's Luxury Trains

Unique in China, but also unique on any railway in the world, Tangula's newly custom built trains, with their relaxed elegance, state of the art technology, and world-class service, set new standards of excellence and comfort in rail travel. Our contemporary interiors feature natural materials and subtle shades and textures, which are accented with Chinese influences, and create a sense of harmony with the passing landscapes. Personal entertainment systems and onboard oxygen enrichment facilities, allowing you to travel in comfort at altitudes of up to 5,072 meters, are among the many highlights that make our trains the most advanced in the world.

To maintain a sense of exclusivity, Tangula luxury trains carry a maximum of only 96 guests, and Kempinski, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel collection, manages all onboard hospitality to ensure world-class service. Comprised of 15 passenger cars, including 12 accommodation cars with four private suites per car, each suite car has its own bi-lingual 24-hour butler service to anticipate your every need. Our trains also feature ample space and convenience for lounging, with two dining cars and a scenic car located at the center of the train. This is the heart of public life aboard Tangula where you can meet and mingle with other passengers and enjoy onboard activities.
